      <title>Ruby On Rails Developer - Making Managing Websites/WebApps Easy</title>

      <description>&lt;b&gt;The Position&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;a href="http://www.site5.com/"&gt;Site5&lt;/a&gt; is seeking a mid-level Ruby on Rails developer. The chosen candidate will be working from home with a small group of top-notch, highly knowledgable developers who are passionate about their coding. You will be working on writing a group of related Rails 3.2 applications which are currently being developed from scratch, in-house. The applications will replace our CRM &amp; billing system, Synco, and our client account manager, Backstage. Our ideal candidate is pragmatic, quick thinking, and a great problem solver. You should not be afraid when google returns 0 results for the answer you're looking for. Below is a list of requirements needed for this position as well as some additional skills that would be desirable.

Ruby and object-oriented programming (2+ years)
&lt;ul&gt;Rails (2+ years)&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;Rails database migrations&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;Testing (Rspec, Shoulda, Test::Unit etc&#8230;)&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;MySQL (including database design and performance tuning)&lt;/ul&gt;
